“I want to live in Zion,”
said the small boy to his mother.
My Primary teacher told me
people there love one another.

“And if you have a problem,
you’ve got friends who really care,
’cause no one there is selfish.
Everybody wants to share.

“But that’s not all! In Zion,
all the people learn to be
just like our Heavenly Father –
one big, happy family.

“Yep. I want to live in Zion.
I think I’d be happier there.
Do you think they would let me in?
They should, or it’s not fair!”

The mother smiled, as mother’s do
when children ask such questions.
But wisely she reflected, and
offered this suggestion:

“If Zion is your goal, just act
as Zion’s people do.
You’ll find you needn’t live in Zion.
Zion will live in you!
